Economic Impact Payment #3

In March 2021, President Biden approved a third round of stimulus payments (EIP #3) to eligible taxpayers. These payments were sent by check, debit card, or direct deposit starting March 17, 2021. President Biden approved payments of $1,400 per eligible individual ($2,800 for married couples filing jointly) and $1,400 per eligible dependent. Please see eligibility parameters below:

  • Taxpayer is a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien (and their spouse if filing a joint return)

  • Taxpayer is not a dependent of another taxpayer

  • Taxpayer has an adjusted gross income (AGI) less than:

    • Filing as married filing jointly or qualifying widow/widower: less than $150,000

    • Filing as head of household: less than $112,500

    • Filing single or married filing separate: less than $75,000

You can also inquire about your EIP amount by contacting your bank and confirming your payment amount with them.
