As we approach another holiday season, the Cornerstone staff would like to extend warm greetings to all of you! We would also like to sincerely express our gratitude for your patience this past year as we worked through many tax-related issues, mostly due to COVID, presented by the IRS and State.
Below you will find information regarding your 2021 Tax Return Preparation, please read this page in its entirety.
OPTION 1 - Submit digitally or by mail

OPTION 2 - Schedule An Appointment
Please call our office (443-328-6609) at your earliest convenience.
IMPORTANT: Our COVID policy has changed. If you have not been fully vaccinated*, you are required to wear a mask in our office. If you have been fully vaccinated*, masks are not required and are left to your discretion.
If you would like your tax return emailed, please make sure we have your:
current/correct email address, and
current contact phone number.
Note: Cornerstone is unable to send tax returns to your business email address due to confidentiality.
If you would like a personalized tax organizer, please reach out to us via email or phone. Tax organizers are sent exclusively by email. please ensure we have your most current email address.
To ensure that your return is filed prior to IRS and State deadlines, we must receive your final tax information by the following deadlines:
Corporations/Partnerships: February 25, 2022 (filing deadline: March 15, 2022)
Individuals/Trusts/Estates: March 30, 2022 (filing deadline: April 15, 2022)
If you are unable to meet these deadlines, contact our office as soon as possible to request an extension of time to file. Please be aware that even under extension, the IRS may still apply penalties. Cornerstone's filing fee for any type of extension is an additional $75. If you believe you will owe a balance to the IRS and/or State, please bring that to our attention - you can reduce or avoid additional penalties by sending in a payment with your extension.
